A Strategic Approach to Wellbeing
Every organisation is different, so I work closely with you to understand your individual needs and priorities to create a tailored approach to workplace wellbeing.
Wellbeing Strategy
I specialise in wellbeing strategy review and development. I have supported organisations in a range of sectors to understand the opportunities and strengths of their current approach with a baseline audit of their processes and policies, and through interviews and focus groups with employees.
Once we have established the starting point for wellbeing and your organisational goals, and definition of wellbeing, I support you to create your strategy and action plans.
Leading for Wellbeing
As a coach and an experienced wellbeing practitioner with director level experience in corporate environments, I am used to presenting to Executive Boards and presenting the business case for wellbeing. I offer wellbeing development training for senior leaders and managers to support them to support their teams.
I can deliver full day wellbeing strategy days with leadership teams, business focused wellbeing awareness sessions such as my 'Economics of Wellbeing' presentation and 1-2-1 leadership coaching. Every organisation is different so I will work with you to develop a bespoke approach.
Psychosocial Risk
Psychosocial risks are aspects of work that can lead to psychological or physical harm, through the design, organisation and management of work. The management of stress at work has a legal, moral and business imperative. With the costs of sickness absence and lost productivity relating to stress in the billions (in the UK), there is also a clear business imperative to address the causes of excessive workplace pressures.
I can work with you to map your approach to the BSI ISO45003 standard, and develop an effective approach to identifying and addressing psychosocial risk.
Wellbeing Advisory
With over twenty years of experience in organisational health and wellbeing, and my participation in academic and research led wellbeing groups it's likely that that wellbeing challenge you are currently pondering is one I have pondered too!
I offer advisory services to wellbeing, HR and H&S teams in organisations. This might be through a retained number of days each month or year, a series of 1-2-1 advisory sessions or a one off meeting.
Coaching
I offer coaching to individuals who want to maximise their wellbeing at work and for leaders who want their teams to thrive.
Coaching can help you understand your priorities, achieve your goals and realise your potential.
I am a solutions focused coach, with a strong interest in strengths, goal setting, and motivation. My clients value my future focused outlook to help them move forwards. In order to formalise my practical experience with professional accreditation, I am in my second year of study on an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and am working towards professional accreditation with the Association for Coaching.
As a Chartered Psychologist I am committed to continually developing my knowledge and skills through Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
